All of our assessments use a 1 to 100 point scale because this range of scores is familiar to most people. It's much easier for someone to fully comprehend the difference between a 74 in one skill and an 89 in another, than it is if these scores were provided in raw format (e.g. a 4.1 compared to a 5.4).
