What is an MR?
MR stands for multi-rater and refers to the number of people answering the questions on a single assessment. This name is synonymous with a 360 degree assessments. The MR version of our assessments provides a self score compared to a single score from others. This lets a survey subject to get a better picture of how others view their skill. Our 360 Refined survey (unlike the MR surveys) breaks the "other" score into groups, so the survey subject can see the differences between ratings from peers, supervisor(s), direct reports, and a group of your choosing (such as internal or external customers).
