Up to 26 team members go online and answer questions about the tendencies of the group as a whole. The resulting report sizes the team up--delivering their team emotional intelligence score and a 6 month e-learning program based upon the team's unique profile. Survey takes just 7 minutes.

The e-learning program features Hollywood movies and television, historical events. Team members share the activities and can view comments and insights from other team members. Also includes a goal tracking system where team members set mutual goals and share progress and strategies for improvement.
